UK Warehouse and Order Processing

Once you place an order, our team begins processing it right away. Order processing time is usually 1–2 business days. During this time, we confirm your payment, prepare the items, and hand them over to our courier for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. This email will include tracking information so you can monitor the delivery progress.

While we ship to most locations in the UK for free, there are certain remote or hard-to-reach areas where free shipping is not available due to higher delivery costs or limited courier options

What are considered Remote Areas? Generally, remote areas include parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, and the Channel Islands. Some examples of postcodes that might be affected are those beginning with ZE, HS, IM, IV, KW, BT, etc., among others

International Shipping

At this time, Tiny Learner Toys ships orders within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including the outlying regions mentioned above). We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. If you are outside the UK and interested in our products, you can contact us to discuss if any special arrangement can be made. Please note that any international shipment would be subject to shipping fees and the recipient would be responsible for any import duties or taxes.

We plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future, so stay tuned for updates. Our focus now is on serving UK customers with efficient local shipping.

Additional Information

• Failed Delivery Attempts: Our couriers generally require a signature or confirmation upon delivery. If you are not at home, they may leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbor, or they might leave a card notifying you of an attempt with instructions for re-delivery or pickup. Please follow up with the courier as indicated. If a package is returned to us because it was not collected or could not be delivered, we will contact you. We can resend the package (after confirming a correct address and that someone will be available), but please note that additional shipping charges may apply for resending in cases where the initial failure was not due to our error.
  
  
• Package Inspection: We recommend that you carefully inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any severe damage to the box that might have affected the product inside, please take a photo and let us know right away. • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot reroute it while in transit.
